Wolf Creek is famous for holding the title “The Most Snow in Colorado” — and it earns it. Located about 23 miles east of Pagosa Springs on US-160 near Wolf Creek Pass (11,904 ft summit), the ski area averages 430 inches of natural snowfall per year, more than any other resort in the state.
