Kim Brown

I was born in Miami and raised in Windermere along the Butler Chain of Lakes, where I learned early what hard work, family, and integrity truly mean. As the youngest of seven children, raised by parents with deep Midwestern roots and values, I grew up in a home where commitment wasn’t optional; it was a way of life.

Today, that foundation defines everything I do.

I’m a mother of five incredible children who serve our country and communities in law enforcement, fire, medical services, and the military. I’ve walked that path of service myself as a former EMT. I understand responsibility, pressure, and what it means to show up when it matters most. Around here, many also know me simply as “Triplett’s mom” and it’s a title I carry with more pride than any accolade.

I’ve called Pagosa Springs home since 2000, after first discovering it through time spent in Copper Mountain. What started as a visit became a lifelong connection.

For over 26 years, I’ve explored every corner of this place I love, from ranch land to riverbanks, and I’ve made it my mission to help others find their place here too.

For over 12 years, I’ve been a full-time agent, consistently ranking in the top 1% and often as the number one agent in my market. I’ve represented and sold some of the most prestigious properties in Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County, with over $200 million in closed sales. But numbers have never been the point.

People are.

I don’t choose clients based on price point; I choose them based on connection. This is one of the biggest decisions of your life, and I believe it should be handled with care, honesty, and a relationship built on trust. If we work together, it’s because we align in values, respect, and the kind of partnership that feels right.

I work differently than most.

I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. I invest my own time and often my own money into preparing, marketing, and showcasing your property at its absolute best. From high-level, custom marketing campaigns to staging homes with intention and beauty, I exhaust every avenue to deliver maximum value in the least amount of time.

Cutting the price is never my first strategy; creating demand is.

I bring strong negotiation skills, deep local expertise, and access to an unmatched network of trusted professionals. Whether it’s an off-market opportunity, a luxury estate, or a first home, I approach every transaction with the same intensity and care.

I start my days before 6 a.m., fueled by purpose (and a good coffee stop), and I stay in the trenches for my clients every step of the way. I’ve never been one for industry events; I’d rather be out working, solving problems, and creating opportunities.

I take the time to truly understand their lives, their goals, and their families. I offer virtual walkthroughs for those making decisions from afar, saving them time and expense. I communicate clearly, listen deeply, and ensure every decision is informed and intentional.

Outside of real estate, I’ve lived a full and dynamic life; from hosting a popular Nashville outdoor show to modeling for a major motorcycle brand, running a successful local restaurant, competing in horse events, and growing up in a family of private aviators. I love the outdoors; biking, hiking, off-roading, and you’ll often find me trailering my side-by-side out to tour ranch properties with clients.

I love animals, I love people, and I love bringing the right ones together.

I’m a founding member of the Pagosa Town Tourism community, and I give back to my community both personally and through every transaction. My business is built on faith, family, and service; God, Family, Work, in that order. That balance matters, and it’s something I protect fiercely, including Sunday suppers with family and friends; no phones allowed.

At the end of the day, I don’t do this because I have to.

I do it because I love it.

And that makes all the difference.
